3. Japan.gd Pass (Digital Purchase)
A Japan.gd Pass grants access to premium content for a fixed duration (e.g., 10 days).
Because access to digital content is immediate , all purchases are final and non-refundable , except where required by applicable law.
A portion of the Japan.gd Pass fee may be allocated to cultural or community support initiatives in the cities we operate in.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and browser session.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation
reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our data
submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
We may restrict access to the service if these Terms are violated.
5. Disclaimer of Accuracy
While we work to provide reliable and up-to-date information,Japan.gd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of local data , including Spot information, maps, prices, opening hours, or external links.
Use the service at your own discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Japan.gd.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Japan.gd Pass.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We collect minimal personal information necessary to operate the service, such as:
approximate location for Spot suggestions
anonymized usage data
payment confirmation from Stripe (no credit card details)
8. Intellectual Property
All content, text, icons, graphics, code, data structures, and trademarks within Japan.gd are owned by Mavilio Corporation Japan and may not be reproduced without permission.

Japan.gd may display or link to external content (e.g., Google Maps, Klook, local business websites).
